Overview
Crime Patrol is a reality-based television series that premiered on 9 May 2003. This series is the longest-running series on Indian television. Currently, makers have announced the 8th season of the series. The fifth season was released on July 15, 2019. The show won the Milestone Achievement Award at the 20th Indian Television Academy Awards, also known as ITA Awards.
The sixth season was not successful and went off air due to poor ratings. The seventh season of this show premiered on July 10, 2023, and the latest season premiered on 16 June 2024.

Crime Patrol is an Indian reality-based crime series made by Subramanin S. Lyer. He made this series for Sony Entertainment Television India. Cinevistaas Limited created the first season, and Anshuman Kishore Singh directed it.
Further, seasons were made by Optimystix Entertainment. The set of the series is in Mumbai, India. The duration of the first and second season episodes was 30 minutes long. On the other hand, during the third and remaining seasons, episodes were 40 minutes long. The longest-running reality crime series premiered on 9 May 2003.
