Overview
Vasudha, a new series on Zee TV, is the story of two women from totally different backgrounds. The story depicts the complexities of relations and social expectations. The creators based this show on the popular Telugu series Muddha Mandaram, which they released in 2014.
Due to the popular storyline, the creators also recreated this show in Tamil under the title of Sembaruthi. The creators released Sembaruthi in 2017. Recently, the creators also released this show in Marathi under the name Paru in 2024. Now the creators have released this show in Hindi on September 16, 2024.
Introduction
Vasudha is the story of a woman from a village who is inspired by an urban woman, Chandrika. Vasudha is a simple lady who thinks that this world is as simple as she is. On the other hand, Chandrika is a strong and well-mannered lady. She has command on discipline.

Nausheen Ali Sardar plays the role of Chandrika Singh Chauhan. Chandrika is a powerful woman who commands her own set of rules. She is known for being a stern leader who prioritizes discipline and integrity above all else.
Vasudha enters in the mention of Chandrika as a maid. She wants to enter the world of Chandrika without having any idea about the challenges she is going to face. She started living in Chandrika’s mention. The story revolves around Vasudha’s life, and the show is going on.
