Storyline
This story revolves around the relationship between a mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law. This story started with a well-off family, including Suresh Modi, the Sharda Textiles owner, and his wife Sharda. They have three kids. Karan, Chirag, and married daughter Latika. Karan gets married to Sakshi.
Sakshi quickly feels that even though Sharda is a perfect housewife, she lacks self-confidence because she is illiterate. Sharda’s husband, Suresh, always finds opportunities to humiliate her. Sakshi is deeply hurt by her father-in-law’s behavior. Sakshi tries to help Sharda by enrolling her in an adult education program. In the beginning, no one in the family supports Sharda, but she doesn’t lose hope.
Shardha also wants to start her own business. Here the story takes a twist when Sharda comes to know that Suresh has another wife, Palavi, and two children.
Palavi diagnosis with cancer. She helps Sharda and makes Suresh realize Sharda’s importance. Sharda promises her to take care of her children. Shanaya Palavis daughter takes time in accepting sharda. But at the end, they started living together.
